What are Paleo Diet Vegetables?
Well the simple answer here is they are all the common vegetables you probably already and many others. Eating vegetables is good for the body. They are a great source of vitamins and help greatly improve our immune system. So, any good diet should incorporate vegetables.
There are many ways to prepare vegetables, you can boil them, bake them, sauté them or you can steam them. If you want your vegetables cooked steaming them is best for it keeps most of the nutritional content and color of the vegetable. However, to consume all of the vitamins and nutrition that Paleo diet vegetables contain it is best to eat them uncooked or lets say raw.
